Call for User Proposals: The Molecular Foundry at LBNL

The Molecular Foundry at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL), a Department of Energy (DOE) nanoscale science user facility, is currently soliciting proposal submissions for access to instruments, capabilities and skilled technical staff.
Date deadline

The Fall 2019 call for Standard proposals opens on September 1, 2019, with submission deadline of October 3, 2019.

The Molecular Foundry User Program gives researchers access to expertise and equipment for cutting-edge nanoscience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The program is open to scientists from academia, industry, and research institutes worldwide. Access is obtained through a brief, peer-reviewed proposal with no charge for users who intend to publish their results. Learn more about the User Program.

There are two calls for Standard proposals each year in March and September. Under special circumstances, users may also request Rapid Access to the Foundry, or may propose Instrument-only or Sample-only projects.
